Wow, I have had such a busy weekend that I didn’t get to post yesterday. Pretty criminal considering how close we are to All Hallows Eve.
As a result, I’m going to try to get a couple up today (at least).
As the Bram Stoker Film festival draws near, I thought it fitting that I write about one of his stories.
For the first time ever, Whitby is hosting a film festival. Named after their most famous resident, and creator of Dracula – Bram Stoker.
The event runs for 4 days (from 16th October), and as well as lots of scary movies, there is set to be lots of macabre entertainment, from performances of the Rocky Horror Picture show to Burlesque displays.
Generally speaking, Whitby is a great place to be at Halloween anyway. The locals make a big effort to make the place extra creepy and there are plenty of visitors there to join in the fun.
