Witches Brew

Thought that I would add a couple of ‘punches’, as not everyone likes cocktails and shots. And what better name for a punch than ‘Witches Brew’?
The best thing about punch is that you can serve it in something very cool like an imitation cauldron and it can act as a centrepiece as well as a potent and delicious drink!

Bobbing Apple Punch (non alcoholic)

A nice punch that’s suitable for the young ‘uns. A cool way to present this, would be to make a load of it, and have it in a bucket, or similar large container, making people not know whether to bob for the apples or drink the delicious drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups ginger ale, chilled
  • 6 small red apples
  • 1 orange – sliced

Preparation:

  1. In punch bowl mix orange juice, apple cider, pineapple juice and sugar.
  2. Chill a couple of hours.
  3. Before serving. Add ginger ale, apples, orange slices and ice cubes.

That’s two delicious brews for you to try on Halloween this year.
