Ghost stories is playing now at London’s Duke of York theatre and it’s pretty impressive…

Ghost Stories, written by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, is the closest experience to a living horror film you will get.

The Judge’s House – Bram Stoker

bram-stoker Wow, I have had such a busy weekend that I didn’t get to post yesterday. Pretty criminal considering how close we are to All Hallows Eve.

As a result, I’m going to try to get a couple up today (at least).

As the Bram Stoker Film festival draws near, I thought it fitting that I write about one of his stories.

Oh, Whistle and I’ll Come to You My Lad.

Yet another oldie. This time from one of the all time greats – M. R. James

Again, a spooky one from my childhood. I remember that they used to show ghost stories on Christmas Eve for some reason, and this was one of them. I’d recommend watching that too if you can track it down on DVD.
