In contrast to my recent disappointing visit to Tesco in search of Halloween stuff, Co-Op was quite excellent!
Okay, so it was never going to be as impressive as Asda (I mean, who could be) but for a small shop, they have really made an effort this year and I hope that it pays off for them.
The Saw horror movie franchise is now officially the most successful ever, and in case you didn’t know, the final part of this series of horrible movies is out this Halloween with Saw 3D.
But how about if watching these films isn’t enough for you? What if seeing all that horror in 3D still doesn’t hit the spot? Well, how about if you just go ahead an buy a bunch of Saw Halloween decorations? How about that?
Every year I get nice Halloween surpises. This year I’ve had lots, and one such surprise was getting an unsolicited catalogue through the post from a company called Yellow Moon.
Yep, I didn’t ask for it, but I got a catalogue anyway, but rather than be angry and throw it away, I was delighted to see Halloween stuff. LOTS of Halloween stuff!
I did it last year, so it would have been rude not to do it again this time round. Here is my breakdown of what Asda has on offer for Halloween this year. The big question is, will it top last year’s amazing selection of products?
A couple of people (including one Halloweenerrific reader) had recommended Matalan to me for Halloween costumes, decorations and props. Okay, so I wasn’t going to love it (or so I was told) but it was a good way to pass the time before Asda gets their stuff out, right?
